Each boat can be adjusted to fit the needs of who is in it. We can hit every wave or avoid the larger ones for a calmer ride. This section has calmer water to relax and take in the scenery or go for a dip. It also has the largest wave-trains, and rapids on the river, making it more of a “pool drop” section. After a snack break at jump-off rock the trip culminates with the most famous rapid on the McKenzie River, Martins. This is the most common and popular trip for a reason.
Bring clothes and shoes/sandals that can get wet, a water bottle, hat, sunglasses.
There are two options to get your car to the takeout. Option 1: Pay $30 and have someone drive for you so that it is waiting at the end. Option 2: Have Jacque Williams “shuttle” you (just the drivers) back up to the put in to get your car adding a little time to the end of your trip.
